Response to Rule XVIII - Witnessing, Commissioning and Notarizing Documents

During this difficult time here at Duffy law office we have doing our part and continuing to serve your needs, although in very different ways.

As a result of new legislation it is now possible to witness documents including wills remotely. This is a very welcome but hopefully also very temporary measure. While it is better to have a Will than not, there is no perfect substitute for in person legal services. In order to avoid unnecessary complications later when you have your will completed in this way we will also include an appointment re signing the documents at a later date in person at no further cost. We are a strong people and we will get thru this together.
